All photos in and showed on this website are owned by Fluffs Saddlery. Photos have been aquired by ourselves, customers or via an online stock image platform. If you believe you own the copyright of any images shown on this website, Please send us the correct information and we will be happy to remove these images.
When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you an email to confirm that we have received your order. Once we have checked the price and availability of the goods, we will email you again to confirm that we accept your order, and that a contract has been made between us. We will not take payment from you until we have accepted your order. In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or that we have made a pricing mistake, we will advise you of this. You will not receive an email confirming acceptance of your order, and there will be no contract between us.
There may be minimal differences in the photos of the products for example a colour shown in a different light, or a different stitch pattern.
All custom saddle product orders normally take from 7-8 weeks but can take up to 3 months to be made if needed, contact us for any information regarding a personalize item if you need it urgently as we may have something similar in stock.
If the goods are not available, we will offer to supply you with substitute goods. If you decide not to accept we can postpone your order until the goods are available.
How to place order
Add products to your shopping cart once you have correctly selected preferred options the product may have. You will have until 11:00pm the same day to rectify any mistakes in your shopping cart, after this time we will not accept any changes in your order.
We advise to read all descriptions and choose options carefully. Many options are "Unrestricted" meaning you have to personally type in the box your requirements, If you have any questions, dont hesitate to contact us.
CUSTOM SADDLES. You will see minimal options of add ons for saddle options because we want to make sure you order exactly whats best for you and your horse. Add the model to your cart and we will email you regarding extra options.
Each Country and order have a different delivery timescale. You will be advised of a timescale for your order once your order is confirmed. If you recieve a damaged in transit parcel, DO NOT ACCEPT. You must take photos infront of the courier deliverer to send to us and demand they return the parcel.
Fluffs saddlery shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damage after delivery, to the buyer, to belongings of the buyer, to third parties or to third-party belongings. In particular, Fluffs saddlery will never be liable for any loss of or damage to the sent items.
An address cannot be changed once the parcel is dispatched. We can try to give new information on an address change to the courier but we cannot guarantee they will change it and deliver to the new address. Fluffs saddlery will not be liable if the parcel is sent to an incorrect address due to a mistake in your order.
Once an order is dispatched you will recieve an email with tracking information and other data about your shipment.
Cancellation and returns
This policy does not apply to the following goods, which are exempt from the right to cancel:
Upon receipt of the items ordered by the buyer, the buyer has the right to return the ordered items, or any part thereof, without giving reason. This is only possible after the signing of a return issued via email.
Upon receipt of the return shipment, the order amount minus the shipping paid and credit card fees, if any, will be returned within 10 days on the bank/paypal account of the buyer.
This right is no longer applicable if the product is damaged, or original package or labels are damaged, or missing.
The buyer is responsible for a safe return and needs to, where necessary, send insured. Cash on delivery shipments will not be accepted.
If there is a problem with the goods, please contact us. We will deal with the matter in accordance with your legal rights.
These terms were last changed on 12th Februay 2021. These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply to future orders.
